A: With Swiss-type CNC machining, standard OD tolerance is within ±0.01mm​ and length tolerance within ±0.02mm. Fully customizable including OD (φ6-φ30mm), total length, groove spacing, fitting specifications (for φ4-φ12mm tubes), and end-face chamfering. Simply provide 2D drawings or samples for prototyping.


Q: Is surface blackening/passivation standard? Can you perform electropolishing?

A: Standard delivery includes electropolishing​ to achieve a mirror finish with Ra≤0.4μm, enhancing corrosion resistance and cleanliness. Special surface treatments (e.g., hard anodizing, PTFE coating) are available upon request at an additional cost.


Q: What is the specific function of the multiple annular grooves? Are they threads or decorative?
