XIAYI shock absorber guide assembly is a pre-assembled integrated unit combining guide bushing and oil seal, replacing the traditional separate-fit solution for twin-tube and monotube hydraulic shock absorbers. The guide bushing provides radial support for the piston rod, maintains coaxiality and bears side loads to protect the oil seal from shear damage. The matched oil seal forms the primary dynamic sealing system, preventing hydraulic oil leakage and blocking dust & moisture ingress. One single assembly fulfills both guiding support and dynamic sealing functions, greatly cutting down shock absorber oil leakage and premature failure. It is ready for direct installation on shock absorber production lines, simplifying assembly steps and lowering defect rates.

Manufactured with modular integrated structure, its inner bore is precision-honed with controllable surface roughness. The paired oil seal uses oil-resistant anti-aging elastomer, optimized lip profile for high-frequency reciprocating movement of piston rods. Custom dimensions, oil grooves and oil passages are available per customer drawings or samples. Widely used as OEM parts and aftermarket replacement for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, construction machinery and agricultural equipment.

The guide bushing and oil seal are pressed and assembled in our factory. Customers can press the whole unit into shock tube directly, eliminating separate oil seal installation. It avoids common defects like tilted seal or scratched lip which cause initial oil leakage and improves production line efficiency.

The guide base absorbs most lateral force generated during vehicle driving, preventing piston rod deflection from directly tearing the seal lip. It effectively reduces fatigue wear of oil seals and targets the top failure cause of shock absorbers: oil leaking.

Custom ID, OD, thickness, oil grooves and oil channels are acceptable. Additional structures such as dust wiper and circlip groove can be added to match different load requirements for passenger vehicles, trucks, motorcycles and construction machinery.

Full dimension sampling inspection, sealing leakage test, reciprocating durability test are performed. Compliant with automotive component quality standards for both mass OEM supply and small aftermarket orders.
