Description:

Product Name: Shock Absorber base valve, foot valve

Raw Materials MPIF FC-0208 or FC-0205

Feature:

1. Density from 6.5-6.8 g/cm3

2. Hardness: HRB 60-100

3. Steam treatment: 2H high temp steam holding time, Thickness of Fe3O4: 0.004-0.005mm

4. Full line products for shock absorber, including powder metallurgy piston, rod guide, foot valve, PTFE

band for piston, Du bearing for rod guide.

5. PPAP III is submitted accordingly.

Processing: Mixing powder— Forming— Sintering— Sizing— After treatment— Steam treatment— Oil
