Introduction
Inductive shock absorber is a kind of "active" shock absorber. Different from the traditional passive shock absorber, the inductive shock absorber can control the damping force through the adjustment of the current, so its shock absorption effect is more accurate. Its structure usually includes electromagnetic coil, permanent magnet, guide rail and other components, by controlling the change of current to achieve the adjustment of damping.
Working Principle
The working principle of inductive shock absorbers is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. At its core is a system that contains electromagnetic coils that move in a magnetic field when a vehicle or device vibrates, cutting magnetic inductance lines and creating an induced current. By controlling the strength of the current in the coil, the electromagnetic force can be changed, resulting in different damping effects to suppress vibration.
