Working Principle
The auxiliary factory air suspension shock absorber achieves shock absorption and height control through "air pressure regulation". The core process consists of 3 steps:
Air pressure supply: The vehicle's air compressor generates compressed air, which is then transported through pipelines into the air spring of the shock absorber.
Elastic adjustment: Changes in the air pressure within the air spring will affect its stiffness - the higher the air pressure, the harder the spring, and the stronger the vehicle's support; the lower the air pressure, the softer the spring, and the better the comfort.
Damping control: The oil or gas within the shock absorber's main body flows through valves, consuming the energy generated by road bumps, suppressing the vibration and shaking of the vehicle body, and cooperating with the air spring to achieve smooth driving.
Feature of Vehicle Air Suspension
- Height adjustable: The air suspension system can adjust the suspension height of the vehicle by increasing or decreasing the air pressure. This allows the driver to adjust the height of the vehicle as needed in different road conditions, improve off-road capability or improve passability.
- Driving comfort: The air suspension system adjusts the stiffness of the suspension according to road conditions and driving style, providing a smoother and more comfortable driving experience. On the highway, it can be adjusted to a harder setting for improved stability; On rough surfaces, a softer setting can be adjusted to increase shock absorption.
