Description
Cold rolling is made of hot-rolled coils as raw materials and rolled at room temperature below the recrystallization temperature. Cold-rolled steel plates are steel plates produced through cold-rolling processes, referred to as cold plates. The thickness of cold-rolled sheet is generally between 0.1-8.0mm, and the thickness of cold-rolled sheet produced by most factories is less than 4.5mm.
Cold rolling: Hot-rolled steel coil is used as raw material, after pickling to remove oxide scale, cold rolling is carried out. The finished product is hard-rolled coil. The cold-work hardening caused by continuous cold deformation increases the strength, hardness and toughness of the hard-rolled coil. The plastic index drops, so the stamping performance will deteriorate, and it can only be used for simple deformed parts. Hard-rolled coils can be used as raw materials for hot-dip galvanizing plants, because hot-dip galvanizing units are equipped with annealing lines. The weight of the rolled hard coil is generally 6 to 13.5 tons, and the steel coil is continuously rolled on the hot-rolled pickled coil at room temperature. The inner diameter is 610mm.
Cold plate is the abbreviation for cold rolled steel plate. The base material of cold-rolled plate is hot-rolled steel plate, which is generally thinner and has a degree of 0.2-5mm. The surface is bright and smooth. It's kind of like stainless steel. According to material and use, it can be divided into: 1. SPCC-means cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip for general use, which is equivalent to China Q195-215A grade. The third letter C is the abbreviation of Cold. When it is necessary to ensure the tensile test, add T to the end of the grade as SPCCT. The same materials are DC01, ST12, 2, and SPCD-cold-rolled carbon steel sheets and strips for stamping, which are equivalent to China 08AL (13237) high-quality carbon structural steel. The same materials are: DC03, ST13, 170P1.3, SPCE-cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip for deep drawing, equivalent to China 08AL (5213) deep drawing steel. When it is necessary to ensure non-timeliness, add N to the end of the grade as SPCEN. The same materials are DC04, ST14, 08AL, 4, ST15, DC05, ST16, DC06, ST17 and other better materials, mainly used for drawing, deep drawing and other processing.
