The AUMA SA 07.2 – SA 16.2 multi-turn actuators combined with LE 12.1 – LE 200.1 linear thrust units form a robust electric actuation system for converting rotary torque into linear thrust on valves requiring stem extension/retraction. These actuators deliver adjustable torque from 10 Nm to 1,000 Nm across a wide speed range, suitable for open-close duty in industrial valve applications. The linear thrust units enable precise axial force up to 360 kN over strokes from 50 mm to 500 mm. Designed for 3-phase AC motors, the system ensures reliable operation in demanding environments, with self-locking gears and customizable configurations for rising or non-rising stems.
