ETFE Product Overview
ETFE is fluorine-containing polymer mainly with ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene alternative structure, not only exhibits the equivalent excellent resistance to strong acid and alkali, chemical corrosion and so on to polytetrafluoroethylene, but also possesses thermoplastic and processing of polyethylene (PE). Meanwhile, ETFE also showcases exceptional mechanical properties and dielectric properties, radiation resistance, chemical stability and weather fastness that are close to perfluoropolymer.
In the ultraviolet and visible regions, a 25-micrometer ETFE film has a transmittance of 89-95%. With the long-term usage temperature range of 10°C to 50°C and a combustion rating of UL94V0, it is suitable for flame-retardant high-temperature wiring. Due to its physical and chemical properties, ETFE has been widely used in electricity (high-grade wires and cables), chemical corrosion prevention, construction industry and so on.
Powdered ETFE Electrostatic-Spray Coating-SHEC series
Product Description
The processing temperature is approximately 280°C-300°C, and it exhibits excellent film-forming properties. The coating not only has good mechanical properties, electrical insulation properties and chemical corrosion resistance, but also has strong metal adhesion, high temperature resistance and flame retardant properties.
SHEC series: High fluidity suitable for electrostatic spray coating.
