Product Name: PTFE Films
Overview:
PTFE films are premium-grade materials produced through processes such as skiving or calendering of PTFE molded blanks. Films obtained through skiving are non-oriented, while those produced via calendering are oriented. Based on the orientation degree, they can be classified as: oriented films with an orientation degree greater than 2.0 and a higher calendering ratio, and semi-oriented films with an orientation degree less than 2.0 and a lower calendering ratio. PTFE films exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and electrical insulation properties. Under no-load conditions, they can stably operate within a temperature range of -180°C to +260°C.

Key Features:
Applications:
PTFE films are suitable for use as insulation in wires and cables, as dielectric materials in capacitors, as base materials for specialty tapes. After unilateral sodium treatment, they can be made into externally wrapped anti-corrosion films.
Quality Assurance:
Our PTFE films undergo strict quality control measures. Each batch is thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure compliance with high-quality standards in terms of physical properties, chemical resistance, and performance consistency. We are dedicated to providing customers with reliable and high-performance PTFE film products.
