Overview:
PTFE rods can be manufactured through three different processes. Rods with an outer diameter of 2mm - 4mm are produced by pushing imported PTFE dispersion resin paste. Rods with an outer diameter of 4mm - 200mm are made by extruding PTFE suspension resin using a plunger. Rods with an outer diameter of 5mm - 300mm are processed through molding. PTFE rods possess excellent chemical corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, wear resistance, and electrical insulation. Under no-load conditions, they can operate stably within the temperature range of -180°C to +260°C.

Key Features:
Applications:
PTFE rods are widely used in industries such as electronics, machinery, chemical engineering, and food processing. They are suitable for manufacturing parts that require high chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and non-stick properties, such as insulated components in electrical appliances, sealing elements in mechanical equipment, and anti-stick parts in food processing machinery.
Quality Assurance:
Our PTFE rods undergo strict quality control procedures. Each batch of rods is inspected and tested in terms of physical properties, chemical resistance, and dimensional accuracy to ensure they meet high-quality standards. We are committed to providing customers with reliable and high-performance PTFE rod products.
