Product Introduction
PFA welding rods and welding belts are made of soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) resin through extrusion molding, has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, high insulation, corrosion resistance, non-flammability and non-adhesion. It also has heat fusion sealing, weldability etc., and is suitable for welding materials in a wide temperature range of -200°C to 260°C.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (FE), known as the king of plastics. Due to its special molecular structure, PTFE is difficult to melt, so the processing of fluoroplastics is different from plastics, and can only be processed by cold pressing and sintering. However, this method is suitable for the production of small-sized pipes, plates, bars and other products. For the large area plates needed in the chemical industry (because the plates are too thick to use hot pressing welding molding), PFA fusion welding technology can be used to solve problem. Using PFA fusion welding can produce large area plates, and it is also suitable for the molding of round pads and complex parts.
The PFA welding rods and belts we process, in addition to the conventional application of chemical grade, there are electronic grades manufactured by ultra-high purity grade PFA to meet the requirements of high-end industry.
This material exhibits exceptional performance in various aspects. It can withstand high temperatures, ensuring stability and reliability even under extreme thermal conditions. Simultaneously, it demonstrates excellent low-temperature resistance, maintaining its properties in cold environments. As a high insulator, it effectively prevents the flow of electric current, providing reliable electrical insulation. Moreover, it possesses remarkable corrosion resistance, protecting itself from the damaging effects of various chemicals and substances. The material is also flame retardant, reducing the risk of fire and enhancing safety. Lastly, its non-stickiness property makes it easy to clean and maintain, adding to its practicality and versatility.
