The etching process utilizes ferric chloride's strong oxidation properties to corrode the stainless steel surface, converting trivalent iron into more stable bivalent iron elements. The production process involves coating the stainless steel surface with an anti-corrosion layer, protecting required areas, then processing through a ferric chloride spray assembly line. After corrosion, the anti-corrosion layer is washed off, revealing the finished patterns.
