BPC-200 Automatic Air Jet Bottle Cleaning Machine
Positive-Pressure Air Jetting + Negative-Pressure Suction for Rapid Bottle Cleaning
The BPC-200 Automatic Air Jet Bottle Cleaning Machine is designed for automatic internal cleaning of empty bottles before filling and packaging. It combines positive-pressure air jetting and negative-pressure suction to loosen and remove dust and loose particles from the bottle interior, achieving pharmaceutical-grade cleanliness within seconds.

Key Features
Rapid Internal Bottle Cleaning
Positive-pressure air jetting loosens dust and loose particles inside the bottle, while negative-pressure suction assists in removing contaminants. The combined cleaning process is completed within seconds.
Automatic Bottle Handling
Complete automated process: Bottle Infeed → Bottle Inversion → Air-Jet Cleaning → Bottle Discharge. Reduces manual handling and supports continuous production.
High Production Capacity
Production capacity of 0–100 bottles/min. Actual operating speed depends on bottle size and production conditions.
Adjustable Cleaning System
Bottle inversion structure and air-cleaning mechanism can be adjusted for different bottle dimensions and configurations.
Fixed-Nozzle Cleaning
Fixed cleaning nozzles maintain consistent air-jet position with accurate bottle positioning.

Large-Capacity Hopper with Low-Level Alarm
Reduces replenishment frequency. Low-level alarm alerts operator when bottle supply is running low.
PLC + Touchscreen Control
PLC controls operating sequence while touchscreen HMI provides interface for operation, parameter setting and monitoring.
Hygienic Stainless-Steel Construction
Stainless steel main body with non-toxic, chemically stable non-metallic bottle-contact components.
Safety and Air-Pressure Monitoring
Air-pressure monitoring and safety functions maintain stable and reliable operation.
How the BPC-200 Works
1. Bottle Infeed
Bottles are automatically conveyed into the machine and positioned for cleaning.

2. Bottle Inversion
The inversion mechanism turns and positions the bottles according to cleaning requirements.
3. Air-Jet Cleaning
Compressed air (≥0.5 MPa) is delivered through fixed nozzles into bottles. Air jet loosens dust while negative-pressure suction removes contaminants.
4. Bottle Discharge
After cleaning, bottles are automatically transferred to discharge conveyor for next production process.
