● Casting Material

Machine bed is constructed with HT300 grade cast iron as a monolithic casting, processed through vibration aging and double tempering treatments to eliminate residual stresses. This ensures exceptional dimensional stability and long-term durability, guaranteeing consistent machining accuracy during extended operation.

The machine tool's structural design features a monoblock bed with a low center of gravity.
