This SHACMAN F3000 heavy-duty dump truck, model SX32586V38, is a general export-oriented bulk transport vehicle specially designed for construction, quarry and earthmoving projects. It is powered by WP12.430E50 engine matched with 12-speed manual transmission, delivering strong power output and stable load-bearing capacity under complex working conditions.

Cab & Interior Configuration

The vehicle is fitted with medium-long flat roof cab without top deflector, supporting manual cab turnover for convenient maintenance. It is equipped with electronic automatic constant temperature air conditioner, hydraulic suspension main driver seat, electric window lifters, three-level boarding steps and standard rearview mirrors to improve driving comfort. A 165Ah maintenance-free battery and oil bath air filter are configured to adapt to dusty construction sites.

Chassis & Drivetrain System

It adopts HD 9.5-ton front steering axle and 16-ton heavy-duty double-stage cast rear axle with 5.926 speed ratio. The whole vehicle uses front and rear multi-leaf spring suspension with four U-bolt locking structure for excellent shock resistance. The 400L large-capacity aluminum alloy fuel tank extends continuous driving range, while domestic steering gear ensures flexible steering operation. Multiple protective grilles cover water tank, oil pan and lamps to prevent impact damage.

Cargo Box Special Advantages

The front tipping cargo box dimension is 7600×2300×(1500+500) mm, with 10mm thick floor plate and 8mm side plate for high structural strength. It is built with built-in floor heating structure and whole-box reinforcing ribs to avoid cargo freezing and box deformation. Chrome horsepower logos are decorated on two side doors for clear identification, and reserved modification positions are preset on chassis for later upgrade demands.
