Shacman X3000 6X4 Cement Mixer Truck

This is the mixer truck we sell most often to ready-mix companies and construction contractors. It is a Shacman X3000 6x4 chassis with a 10-cubic-meter mixing drum, powered by the Weichai WP10 engine rated at 385HP with a PTO drive for the drum. The whole package is a proven combination - the same chassis, engine, and drum setup is working on sites across Africa, Latin America, and Central Asia.

Chassis and driveline

The chassis model is SX5255GJB6T384C with a 3775 + 1400mm wheelbase. The 385HP Weichai runs through a Fast Gear 10JSD180 iron-shell gearbox to a rear axle ratio of 5.262, which gives the truck the low-speed pulling power a fully loaded mixer needs on muddy site roads. Front axle is a 9.5-ton HD unit, and the suspension is multi-leaf springs front and rear - simple, tough, and cheap to maintain.

The mixing drum

The 10m3 drum is made from high-strength wear-resistant steel, with a hydraulic drive powered by the engine PTO. Loading and discharge are controlled from the rear platform, and the drum keeps the mix moving during transport so you deliver the concrete the way the batching plant sent it. The standard color is white, and we can paint the truck and drum in your company color if you order in volume.

After-sales

We ship with full export documents and a 12-month warranty on chassis, engine, and driveline. Common wear parts are kept in stock and can be dispatched quickly. The 400L aluminum fuel tank and 12R22.5 tires are standard, and we can fit a drum heater or extended discharge chute as options.
