The AH173 is a single-digital-output Hall effect latch sensor designed for high-temperature operation. It features an internal pullup resistor, an on-chip Hall voltage generator, amplifier, comparator with hysteresis, and an output driver. The device offers a wide operating supply range and is suitable for applications such as rotor position sensing, current switches, encoders, and RPM detection. Note: The AH173 is not recommended for new designs; consider AH3722A/AH3724A.
