All‑PVDF Integrated Digital Paddlewheel Flow Sensor (Model 3‑2537‑6C‑T0)

The +GF+ Signet 3‑2537‑6C‑T0​ is an integrated Rotor‑X paddlewheel flow sensor​ with native S³L (Serial Sensor Link) digital electronics​ potted inside the housing, eliminating external pre‑amps. Its 100% PVDF​ wetted path (body, rotor, Hastelloy‑C pin) delivers maximum chemical resistance. Key specs: flow range 0.1–6 m/s (0.3–20 ft/s), linearity ±1% FS, repeatability ±0.5% FS, <100 ms​ response, and a 7.6 m​ shielded cable linking directly to Signet 9900/8900/9950​ transmitters or a 3‑0252 USB tool​ for config/logging.

Automation Role — Use Cases, Core Function & Advantages

It feeds a drift‑free digital flow signal​ for flow‑proportional dosing, pump protection interlocks, filtration monitoring, and totalized batch control​ in corrosive liquids. Typical use: acid/solvent delivery skids, scrubber recirculation, WW neutralization, and halogen‑bearing process streams​ where PP wetted parts would degrade.
