The ABS22-ABS210 series are surface mount bridge rectifiers designed for high-current applications. They feature glass passivated die construction, low forward voltage drop, high current capability, and high surge current capability. These rectifiers are suitable for surface mount applications and are housed in a molded plastic SOPA-4 case. They are UL recognized and designed for use in single-phase, half-wave, 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads.
