This series of rectifier diodes offers a Peak Reverse Voltage (PRVP) rating up to 1000V and a surge overload rating to 40 Amperes peak. Featuring glass passivated chip junctions and a reliable, inexpensive molded plastic construction, these diodes are lead solderable per MIL-STD-202 method 208. The leads are silver-plated copper and solder-plated.
