The VBO72-18NO7 is a standard rectifier module featuring a package with DCB ceramic for improved temperature and power cycling. It offers planar passivated chips, a very low forward voltage drop, and very low leakage current. This diode is designed for main rectification in one-phase bridge configurations and is suitable for DC power supplies, input rectifiers for PWM inverters, battery DC power supplies, and field supplies for DC motors. The module is RoHS compliant and easy to mount with two screws.
