This product is a three-phase rectifier bridge designed for various power supply applications. It features a G package with screw terminals, high isolation voltage, planar passivated chips, and blocking voltages up to 1800V. Its advantages include easy mounting, space and weight savings, and improved temperature and power cycling. Applications include DC power equipment supplies, input rectifiers for PWM inverters, and battery DC power supplies.
