The MB05S thru MB10S series is a 0.5 Amp Single Phase Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifier designed for applications requiring reliable rectification from 50 to 1000 Volts. These rectifiers feature glass passivated diode construction, high temperature soldering guaranteed to 260C/10 seconds, and save space on printed circuit boards.
