Product Overview

The VBE100-06NO7 is a Low Loss and Soft Recovery High Performance Fast Recovery Diode Rectifier Bridge module from IXYS. It features planar passivated chips, very low leakage current, and very short recovery times, offering improved thermal behavior and low Irm values. Its soft reverse recovery characteristics contribute to low EMI/RFI, and the low Irm reduces power dissipation and turn-on losses in commutating switches. This module is designed for high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation, snubber, and free-wheeling diode applications, as well as rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
