The 2N6504 Series SCRs are designed for half-wave AC control applications, offering features like glass-passivated junctions for enhanced parameter uniformity and stability, and a small, rugged Thermowatt construction for low thermal resistance, high heat dissipation, and durability. These devices provide blocking voltages up to 800 Volts and a surge current capability of 300 A. They are suitable for applications such as motor controls, heating controls, and power supply crowbar circuits. A Pb-free package option is available.
