Product Features
Type D (Triangular Opening) Mining Screening Media: Similar to Type S but with increased precision due to an added straight wire between each crimped wire. This design limits crimped wire movement for greater precision, prevents wedging of elongated particles (though with slightly reduced screening area), and performs exceptionally well under heavy loads and higher impact materials.
Polyurethane Bands
Polyurethane bands are typically made with 80-90 shore hardness PU, capable of withstanding temperatures exceeding 70°C. Highly recommended for asphalt plants and aggregate screening applications, these bands offer excellent wear resistance and significantly extend screen life. Suitable for all types of self-cleaning screens.
