The production process of cold-drawn seamless steel pipes: pipe billet → heating → piercing → threading → annealing → acid washing → oil coating → multi-pass cold drawing → blank pipe → heat treatment → straightening → hydrostatic test → marking → storage. In terms of wall thickness, cold-drawn seamless steel pipes are more uniform and reorganized than hot-rolled seamless steel pipes, and the surface roughness is also better.
