Q: Is this hybrid machine more complex and difficult to operate than purchasing two separate machines?

A: On the contrary. Our equipment integrates a unified intelligent control system and operating software. Operators only need to complete the design of "dots" and "lines" and issue production commands in one interface, and the equipment will automatically coordinate the work of the two systems. Quick-Disconnect Modular Nozzles: Should cleaning be required, they can be directly removed and replaced in minutes, minimizing downtime. Precise Temperature Control: Ensures PUR is heated accurately only where needed, preventing excessive degradation. While the PUR part still requires regular maintenance, our design has made it exceptionally simple and fast, with overall maintenance costs much lower than traditional pure PUR equipment.

Q: Compared to traditional brushed glue, is the bonding strength of tracing + dotting sufficient?
A: Absolutely sufficient, even superior. Our process uses a hot press for high-temperature and high-pressure curing (150°C, 20 seconds), enabling both silicone and PUR to form strong bonds with fabric fibers. The silicone lines themselves have excellent stretch and adhesion, providing the main structural bond. At the same time, PUR is renowned for its extremely high initial tack and ultimate bond strength, and its dot structure allows deep penetration into the fabric. The combination creates a dual guarantee of "mechanical anchoring" and "chemical bonding", making it very strong and durable.
