Purpose and performance:

PGZ is suitable for hydraulic cylinder sealing of heavy machinery and metallurgical equipment. It has strong pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity, anti-distortion mechanism, low friction and no creeping phenomenon.

Working conditions:

Temperature range: -60~+280℃

Working speed: 5m/s

Working pressure: 60Mpa

Media: general hydraulic oil, petroleum-based hydraulic oil, oil-in-water emulsion (HFA, HFB), water glycol (HFC), biodegradable hydraulic oil

Oil, air, water, etc. Phosphate ester-based hydraulic oil requires FKM fluoroelastomer O-rings.

Standard materials:

Seal ring: filled with polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE

0-ring: nitrile rubber NBR or fluorine rubber FKM
