Fire Resistance Silicone Sealant – HVAC Ducts and Electrical Conduits
Features:
  1. It is a one-part neutral cure RTV silicone sealant.
  2. It has really good flame retardant and weatherproof features.
  3. It can resist UV and ozone so it won’t age quickly outdoors.
  4. It remains flexible from -50℃ to 150℃, even with temperature changes.
  5. It sticks well to most normal building materials you use.
  6. When burning, it makes little non-toxic smoke; it won’t crack after repeated hot-cold changes and is easy to squeeze out even when it’s cold.
Basic Uses:
  1. It can do flame resistant, waterproof and moisture sealing for hotels, theatres and other public buildings.
  2. Great for glazing on all kinds of fire rated doors and windows.
  3. You can use it for flame sealing on electrical installations and curtain wall fire systems.
  4. Suitable for fire sealing many different building joints.
  5. It is commonly used to fire stop cable and pipe wall holes, plus ventilation duct joints.
  6. Also good for sealing structural expansion joints and gaps of elevator shafts.
