Description
  1. Size:Single group system size ≥450*520*2050mm (±5mm).
  2. This unit consists of a series of equipment such as sectioning and wax block specimen storage cabinets, reinforced special mobile racks, reinforced tracks, and reinforced transmission systems.
  3. Transmission mechanism: It is mainly composed of precision cast rollers, transmission shafts, connecting pipes, self-aligning bearings, precision roller motorcycle chains, mechanical self-release clutch rocker bodies, refined sprockets and other parts. In order to ensure that any column of the drive can move lightly and smoothly as a whole, the central shaft is used to drive the double-shaft transmission mode. The movement is smooth, flexible, free to operate, no blockage, no slipping, light rocking force, and no failure. Through multi-stage speed ratio (transmission ratio is 1:6), it not only ensures the moving speed, but also ensures that the rocking force of the handle meets the national standards, and the standard rocking force of each column is not more than 12N.
  4. Each group of units has built-in 3-section wax block specimen storage cabinets and 3-section section specimen storage cabinets. Users can freely adjust the number of sections of the sectioned specimen storage cabinets and the number of wax block specimen storage cabinets according to their own needs. The whole structure is made of domestic high-quality SPCC cold-rolled steel plate.
  5. The overall structure is cabinet frame type, equipped with safety limit and anti-falling devices, and there are sealing strips between each column to form a fully enclosed structure.
  6. The chassis adopts the one-piece molding process of ≥3.0mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plates. The bottom beam consists of three parts: the upper section, the middle section and the lower section. The middle section protrudes outward to form an M-shaped reinforcement structure.
  7. The guide rail is made of ≥20×20 square steel and ≥3.0mm steel plate bent rail seat, which is welded and formed. The guide rail is pre-embedded The track is laid on the cement layer on the ground, which requires the cushion to be strong and flat, and the track surface is galvanized;
  8. Surface treatment process: The compact rack is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates. The workpiece undergoes 13 pre-processes including oil removal, rust removal, degreasing, surface conditioning, phosphating, and water washing. The latest international popular colors, high-quality, environmentally friendly and high-adhesion metal surface nano-antibacterial plastic powder are electrostatically sprayed automatically. The surface coating is solidified at high temperature to improve its anti-rust and antibacterial performance (E. coli antibacterial rate ≥99%, Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial rate ≥94%). The surface treatment reaches the following standards: glossiness is 45-60%, impact strength >60kg/cm2, coating thickness is 60-70um, and adhesion reaches Grade II standard. All standard parts and fasteners are rust-proof (galvanized), and the surface is smooth and flat without sharp corners.
  9. There are sealing strips between each column. The surface of the sealing strips is covered with velvet. There is a dust-proof top plate on the top of the frame, a rat-proof barrier on the bottom, a back plate connected to the column at the back, and a fixed door panel on the side. There is no gap after sealing, and it meets the requirements of fire prevention, dust prevention, theft prevention, rodent prevention, and light protection;
  10. Manual operation function:
    The manual shaking force of each section of the compact frame is not greater than 12N (increase proportionally for multiple sections and columns). Driven by the active column, all the previous columns move forward until they stop in place.
