Description

ATXM-B screw ship unloader is a track movable coal unloader. Coal unloading can be performed in mobile operation.

Capacity 400~1500t/h (calculated by coal bulk weight)

Horizontal arm pitch angle 30° For Lifting Up And 30° For Probing Down
Vertical arm swing angle 30° For Inner Swing And 40° For Outer Swing

Characteristic of coal unloader as below:

1. Environmental protection-coal unloading without dust escape; high Efficiency & High output, Capacity 500-1500t/h;

2. Long service life - high wear-resistant materials are used in coal unloader reclaimer and screw blade and conveying pipe.

3. Wide adaptability - suitable for unloading lump coal with 20% water content and 200 mm diameter from 5000-75000 DWT coal bulk carrier;

4. Low energy consumption - about 1 degree per ton of energy consumption. Compared with grab coal unloader, it has obvious advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.

This product is developed by Hangzhou Aotuo, in response to the mandatory requirements of energy saving and environmental protection for coal unloading in the ports. It has a good development prospects for coal unloading special equipment.
