This machine is a multifunctional rotary multicolor screen printing machine. It is mainly used for printing patterns and text on irregular glass bottles, glass tubes, wine bottle caps, tubular products, lipsticks and flat-surfaced products. It features easy operation, accurate positioning, high automation and fast printing speed.

1.Fewer tooling requirements, easy operation, low maintenance costs, and high precision—with excellent colour-to-colour registration accuracy.

Adopts PLC control and touchscreen operation, equipped with multiple monitoring systems to ensure stable and safe machine operation even at high speeds.

2.Based on product characteristics, the machine can be configured with various functional modules, including:

Plasma treatment system

CCD positioning system

Hot-stamping system

UV-LED system

3.All key components are imported from Germany, the USA and Japan to guarantee machine quality and printing stability.

4.Supports three languages (Chinese, English and Spanish); additional languages can also be added to the PLC according to your native language.
