Wire Stripping Machine Components & Functions

1. Wire Feeding Wheel
The wire feeding wheel is used to transport the wire rod and strip the wire head. When processing short wires (length less than 50mm), the machine can strip both the wire head and wire tail. It also supports stripping of intermediate sections in addition to the wire ends.

2. Outlet Wheel
The outlet wheel is used to convey the wire rod and strip the wire tail. When processing short wires, this function is not active. In this case, the “Outlet Wheel Lifting Knob” should be set to the “U” position.

3. Inlet Wheel Clearance Adjustment Knob
This knob is used to adjust the clearance of the inlet wheel. Rotate upward to increase the clearance and downward to decrease it. Adjustment should be made according to the wire diameter.

4. Inlet Wheel Pressure Adjustment Knob
This knob adjusts the pressure of the inlet wheel. After pulling it out:

• Rotate clockwise to increase pressure
• Rotate counterclockwise to decrease pressure
  Adjustment should be based on the hardness of the wire insulation. If stripping is difficult, increase pressure; if stripping is easy, reduce pressure.

5. Wire Feeding Wheel Lifting Knob
Used to lift the feeding wheel during wire threading. Turn clockwise to lift the wheel, allowing the wire to pass through smoothly. During operation, turn counterclockwise to lower the wheel and press the wire.

6. Outlet Wheel Clearance Adjustment Knob
This knob adjusts the clearance of the outlet wheel. Rotate upward to increase clearance and downward to decrease it, depending on wire thickness.

7. Outlet Wheel Pressure Adjustment Knob
This knob adjusts the pressure of the outlet wheel. After pulling out:

• Rotate counterclockwise to increase pressure
• Rotate clockwise to decrease pressure
  Adjustment should be based on insulation hardness and stripping difficulty.

8. Outlet Wheel Lifting Knob
Used to lift the outlet wheel when removing wire. Turn counterclockwise to lift the wheel for easy wire removal. Turn clockwise to lower it during operation.
Note: For short wire stripping mode, the outlet wheel should be lifted.

9. Tool Holder Assembly
The tool holder assembly is responsible for cutting the wire and stripping both ends. When the machine is stopped, the upper and lower blades should be fully opened to allow smooth wire feeding.
