Product Description
This external SATA data cable connector links two eSATA 7-pin ports, providing a stable, high-speed serial transmission path for hard-disk drives, SSDs, RAID arrays, DVR recorders, and industrial PCs. The cable adopts shielded copper conductors and a robust round PVC jacket to reduce signal crosstalk and EMI, ensuring reliable performance for continuous data transmission.
Gold-plated contacts and high-temperature connector housings help maintain low contact resistance and secure mating, even under frequent plug-and-unplug operation. The male-to-male connector design is suitable for direct connection between external HDD enclosures, docking stations, and host eSATA ports. OEM/ODM options are available, including cable length, jacket color, labeling, and custom wiring requirements to match different PCB and system layouts.

RAID arrays and storage expansion units in data centers and small server rooms
DVR, NVR, and video surveillance systems that need stable high-speed storage transmission
Precautions
Confirm that both devices support the eSATA 7-pin interface before installation.
Avoid excessive bending, pulling, or twisting of the cable; recommended minimum bending radius is at least 8–10 times the cable diameter.
Ensure connectors are fully inserted and latched to prevent intermittent contact or data loss during vibration.
Keep the cable away from strong power lines or high-interference equipment to maintain signal integrity.
Do not use the product in environments that exceed the rated temperature or voltage, and replace any cable with damaged jacket or deformed contacts.
