Product Description
This assembly is a compact SATA connector harness that combines high-speed 7Pin signal lines and 15Pin power terminals into one flexible wire cable set. The device side uses a standard 22Pin SATA connector, while the opposite end provides a flat SATA data plug and a white 4Pin female header that mates directly with a power PCB connector.
Twisted yellow, red and black power wires help reduce noise and voltage drop during electrical transmission, delivering stable 5 V and 12 V to 2.5" or 3.5" HDD / SSD and other electronic storage devices. The low-profile molded housings and strain relief design make routing easy in narrow drive bays, rack-mount server chassis and embedded systems. OEM customization is available for cable length, pitch, terminal plating and additional branches to match different controller boards or power distribution layouts.

Applications
Linking SATA HDD / SSD to controller boards that provide power via a 4Pin PCB connector
Internal storage wiring for compact PCs, workstations, NAS and server backplanes
DVR / NVR and industrial data recorders requiring neat SATA cable connector assemblies
Embedded electronic equipment where device power does not come from a standard PSU harness but from a low-voltage PCB header
Custom storage modules and test fixtures that need integrated data-and-power wiring instead of separate loose cables
Precautions
Confirm the pin-out of the 4Pin header and SATA connectors before installation; incorrect mapping of power and ground pins can damage drives or controller boards.
Ensure that the total load current on each power wire and terminal remains within the specified rating; use heavier gauge for high-power devices if required.
Avoid sharp bending or twisting close to the molded housings to protect the conductors and maintain stable data transmission.
Route the harness away from sharp metal edges, hotspots and moving fans, and secure it with clips or ties for strain relief.
Variants with shielded data pairs, different connector pitch, automotive-grade jackets or multi-drop power branches can be supplied for project and batch orders.
