Product Description
This right-angle SATA 7Pin high-speed cable connector assembly is designed for reliable internal signal transmission between PCB boards, HDD/SSD drives and storage controllers in compact electronic equipment. Both ends use 90-degree SATA male connectors with metal latches, ensuring a secure mating and stable electrical contact even in high-vibration server and industrial environments.
The cable adopts fine-strand copper conductors with controlled 100-ohm differential impedance and a PVC insulated jacket, supporting SATA II and SATA III data rates up to 6 Gb/s. Gold-plated terminals reduce contact resistance and improve anti-corrosion performance, extending the service life of the connector. OEM/ODM customization is available for cable length, wire gauge, color and labeling to match different chassis layouts or harness assemblies.

Precautions
This assembly carries SATA data signals only; it does not provide power to the drive. Use a separate power connector where required.
Ensure insertion in the correct orientation; do not force or twist the right-angle connector into the mating SATA receptacle.
Maintain the recommended minimum bend radius of the cable to avoid impedance distortion and signal loss, especially near the connector over-mold.
Avoid pulling on the wire during unplugging; hold the connector body or latch to disconnect.
Keep the assembly away from sharp edges, high-temperature sources and strong electromagnetic interference to ensure long-term reliable transmission.
