3. Continuous Forming & Drawing: Molten metal flows into the precision crystallizer mold by gravity. The traction mechanism pulls the forming material downward at a constant speed, while the circulating cooling system synchronously solidifies the metal to achieve continuous one-step forming.
4. Finished Product Collection: Continuously cast semi-finished profiles are output stably, and can be directly cut and collected for subsequent rolling, drawing or other deep processing.
