Portable Series Resonant AC Withstand Test System For 220kV Cable Withstanding Voltage Test

General Information:
The SXBP Series Resonant AC Withstand Test System is mainly designed for the AC withstand voltage test manufacturing of high-capacity and high-voltage primary equipment in power systems. It can meet the on-site AC withstand voltage test requirements of various capacitive equipment according to regulations.
The high-voltage test reactor adopts a series parallel combination, which can meet the voltage withstand test requirements of high-voltage transformers, GIS, SF6 circuit breakers, transformers, and bushings, as well as the voltage withstand test requirements of long-distance cross-linked cables. It has the characteristics of compatibility with a wide range of test samples and is an ideal voltage withstand test device for power supply system maintenance and power engineering construction units.
Features:
1. It has protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, zero start, and system detuning (flashover).
2. The weight and volume of the equipment are 1/10-1/30 of that of a regular testing device. The power required for the experiment is only 1/Q of the test capacity.
3. The device has three working modes: fully automatic mode, manual mode, and automatic tuning manual boost mode 4. Store and print data, with numerical numbers for easy identification and retrieval by users.
5. The starting point of the frequency during automatic frequency scanning of the device can be set arbitrarily within the specified range.
6. DSP platform technology can add or remove functions and upgrade according to user needs, making the human-machine exchange interface more user-friendly.
7. Improve the waveform of the output voltage.
8. Prevent large short-circuit currents from burning the fault point.

Model SXBP-27/54/108-108, SXBP is the model of series, 27/54/108 is: voltage of one reactor (kv) /voltage of two reactors in series connection/voltage of four reactors in series connection. 108 is the total capacity (KVA).
If the capacity of your equipment is small and voltage is too low, can add more reactors to increase the capacity, and add more divider to increase the test voltage.
