High Voltage AC Resonant Test System for Cable, Transformer, and GIS AC Withstanding Voltage Test

General Information:
The SXBP High Voltage AC Resonant Test System is mainly used for AC withstand voltage testing of 35kV, 110kV, 220kV cables,
110kV and 220kV switches, transformers, insulators, neutral points of 220kV main transformers,
and ends of 110kV main transformer lines. It is widely used and is an ideal high-voltage testing equipment for local, municipal,
and county-level high-voltage testing departments, as well as power installation and maintenance engineering units.
The device mainly consists of a variable frequency power supply, excitation transformer, reactor, capacitive voltage divider, and compensation capacitor.

  1. Compact & Portable Design: This voltage withstand test system features a compact footprint, lightweight construction, and high portability for easy field deployment.

  2. On-Site Maneuverability: Designed for practical field handling, individual modules are kept under 30 kg for single-person movement, with total system weight under 60 kg for convenient two-person transport.

  3. Flexible Power Supply: Compatible with standard 220V single-phase or 380V single-phase AC power, facilitating easy connection to common on-site power sources.

  4. Robust Dry-Type Reactor: The reactor utilizes a dry-type, epoxy resin cast design, offering an aesthetically sealed structure, high reliability, and suitability for testing various cable types.

  5. Low Harmonic Technology: Incorporates proprietary low-harmonic technology, maintaining total harmonic distortion below 5% (exceeding international standards) to protect primary transformers, generators, and other equipment from high-voltage harmonic damage.

  6. Real-Time Peak Monitoring: Features standard-compliant real-time peak value monitoring, enabling continuous observation and analysis of the high-voltage test waveform.

  7. User-Friendly Interface: Equipped with a large, clear LED screen for intuitive operation and straightforward data visualization.

  8. Integrated Data Output: Includes a built-in micro printer for immediate printing and local saving of test reports and data at any time.

If the capacity of your equipment is small and voltage is too low, can add more reactors to increase the capacity, and add more divider to increase the test voltage.
