DDG Series Primary Current Injection Temperature Rise Test System is suitable for the current load test and temperature rise test of busduct, switches, circuit breakers, contactors, current transformers and other electrical equipment.
It is the ideal equipment for testing high-current device in the power and electric industry, used in power plants, power distribution stations, electrical manufacturing and research institutes, with the features of small size, light weight, easy use and maintenance.

  • A large LCD screen clearly displays real-time data including current, temperature, time, status, and operational prompts for intuitive and easy reading.

  • The full English interface with touch-screen control ensures simple, intuitive operation adaptable to diverse application scenarios.

Calibration & Control

  • Features a fully digital calibration system, eliminating outdated potentiometer adjustments. This enables precise, convenient calibration and control on-site.

  • Incorporates status alerts and step-by-step operational guidance, allowing users to perform tests proficiently without constantly referring to the manual.

Testing & Timing Functions

  • Automatically evaluates and displays test results (Pass/Fail), accompanied by distinct audible alerts for immediate result identification.

  • Includes a pause function during automatic current ramping, allowing interruption at any point for observation. Pause duration is user-controlled.

  • Offers flexible test timing from 0 seconds to 20 hours.

    • Auto-Timing: Automatically starts/stops timing during automated tests, resetting the device upon completion.

    • Manual Timing: User-initiated timing during manual control, with automatic device reset when time elapses.

Operational Modes

  • Manual Control Mode: Provides traditional button-controlled current increase/decrease. The system auto-detects limits and includes over-current protection, allowing full user control over the test procedure.

  • Features a Current Hold Function in manual mode, locking the output at a specific value when activated.

  • Automatic Control Mode: Intelligently regulates current fluctuation, automatically slowing the ramp rate as the current approaches its target value for precise settling.

Reliability & Safety

  • Employs combined hardware and software anti-interference technologies for exceptional stability and resilience. No system crashes, screen blackouts, or display blurring occur during operation.

  • Ensures real-time, accurate, and reliable protection, triggering immediately in response to faults such as over-current conditions.
