10kV Transformer Dielectric Strength Tester Tan Delta and Capacitance Dielectric Loss Tester

General Information:
The High-Voltage High-Precision Transformer Dielectric Loss Tester is a high-end professional instrument for high-voltage power equipment (35kV-500kV), specially designed for transformer manufacturing inspection, type testing and precision insulation detection of ultra-high voltage substations and power plants. Adopting imported high-precision sampling chips, digital phase-locked loop (PLL) technology and ultra-high voltage output module, it achieves ultra-high measurement accuracy and stable high-voltage output, fully complying with IEC 60247 and GB/T 16927 international and national standards. It is the core testing tool for quality control of high-voltage large-capacity transformers and high-precision insulation detection of power grid equipment.

  • Ultra-high test voltage up to AC 10kV, suitable for insulation detection of high-voltage transformers, high-voltage bushings and capacitive voltage transformers.
  • Ultra-high measurement accuracy: tanδ error ≤±0.0005% (tanδ≤1%), capacitance error ≤±0.2% FS, meeting precision type testing requirements.
  • Digital phase-locked loop (PLL) technology, realizing synchronous sampling and accurate phase measurement with strong anti-interference ability.
  • Built-in high-precision automatic calibration module, supporting standard capacitor calibration to ensure long-term measurement stability and traceability.
  • Rich communication interfaces (RS485, Ethernet, USB 3.0), supporting PC upper computer software connection and remote centralized control of multiple instruments.
