1. Testing indicators of the instrument

The measurement method is to place the sample in a furnace that has been heated to a certain temperature, keep it warm for a period of time, apply pressure to the sample until it fractures, record the maximum load value, and calculate the maximum compressive stress.
Conditional thermal stability: also known as high temperature duration, refers to the duration during which resin sand maintains its own strength under certain temperature and load. Reflecting the ability of resin sand to resist metal thermal and mechanical effects, it to some extent indicates the thermal decomposition rate of resin binder and the strength of resin sand. Its measurement method is to apply a constant load to the sample and quickly place it in a furnace that has been heated to a certain temperature, then start timing until the sample collapses.
