Instrument structure: The resin sand melting point tester is mainly composed of thermal conductive metal beams, electrical control boxes, surface temperature sensors, sand spreaders, and other components.
Basic principle: The resin sand melting point tester generates a temperature gradient on the surface of the heat-conducting metal beam and maintains a constant temperature when the power is turned on. After the tested sand sample is laid, the melted sand adheres to the heating beam after a certain period of time, and then the loose sand is swept away with a soft bristled brush. The temperature at which the sand begins to adhere to the metal beam is measured, which is the melting point of the resin peritoneal sand sample.
