Description
It is used to make resin sand standard sample. Detecting gas permeability, compression resistance, shear resistance, tensile strength, thermal stability.

Its working principle is that the compaction work of resin sand sample is composed of both the vibration of the sample sand and the pressure of the heavy block. The vibration energy is mainly used to compact the lower part of the sample, while the upper part is mainly compacted by the pressure of the heavy block.

Only by selecting appropriate weights can the difference in compactness between the upper and lower parts of the sample be eliminated, where: G-sample sand weight; Q-weight of heavy blocks; H-shock height; N - Number of hits; Coefficient of energy loss due to shock
