Description

We finished Russia cutomer toolings as below photos:

The customer use it to bend light pole, the pole size is 10 m length, smaller diameter is 65mm, the bigger diameter is 180mm, thickness is 4mm.

And this tooling/ mold design is suitable for 7 times bending.

After finish, before delivery, we test every tooling. ( many producers do not test)

Technical details:

1. all unmarked chamfer edge are 1*45 degree

2. the straightness tolerance of datum plane A in lengthwise direction is 0.035mm

3. 10 pcs will be produced as one set. Dimensions 100,10,50 R3 should be in consistent, tolerance is 0.03mmm

4. Heat treatment: quenching 45-50 HRC
