Self-Installed High-Speed Bag Palletizer Machine
High-Performance Self-Installed Palletizer for Packing and Stacking
Working Process
  1. Bags/boxes/crates travel up the in-feed conveyor
  2. Slightly inclined gripper receives the bag/box/crate and places it against its back edge
  3. Centralization unit inside gripper places items straight in the lateral centre
  4. Gripper doors open simultaneously - bags drop on sliding doors, boxes/crates are lowered
  5. Pallet lifts up the enclosed stacking cage underneath sliding doors for layer formation
  6. Squeeze collar compresses completed layer to create tight, confined layer
  7. Sliding doors open to place layer on the pallet
  8. Sliding doors close and new layer starts while pallet moves up to press and flatten recent layer
  9. Pallet drops back down slightly for next layer placement
  10. Process repeats until pallet is complete
  11. Sliding doors provide buffer for continuous palletizing as pallet exits
