Working Principle
This paddy dryer employs rotary heating technology to quickly generate sufficient hot air and eliminate eggs through high temperature treatment. Digital control and instrumentation systems maintain precise drying box temperature to prevent discoloration and quality degradation. The drying cabinet features metal aluminum plate construction with silica gel cotton insulation to effectively reduce energy consumption. A cyclotron system ensures proper air circulation, humidification, and heating throughout the drying process.

Applications
This grain drying machine is suitable for drying wheat, rice, paddy, corn and other grains. Available capacities include 12.5/15/22/30 tons per batch with moisture reduction rates of 0.5-0.8% or 1.2% per hour for rice and wheat. The drying box features silicon cotton heat insulation to efficiently reduce energy consumption, and the system utilizes indirect heating technology.
Components
The paddy dryer system includes feeding device, bucket conveyer, drying box, dust catcher, efficient hot-blast stove, fan, on-line temperature measuring instrument, rapid water meter, electric control system and other integrated components.
