Design
Annual Maintenance Guidelines
- After installation, structural modifications should only be made after consulting with the manufacturer. The steel structure requires repainting approximately every 3 years to maintain both aesthetics and safety.
- Regular cleaning and maintenance should be performed annually. When cleaning exterior walls, avoid abrasive materials and use clean water from top to bottom.
- Promptly remove debris like branches and leaves to prevent accumulation. Repair any surface damage to metal plates immediately to prevent corrosion.
- Consider applying high-elastic nano materials to metal roofing panels for enhanced heat insulation, waterproofing, and energy efficiency.
