Product Description
Prefabricated Steel Structure Rice Storage Warehouse is constructed using welded H-section steel for columns and beams, with some models including crane beams. The structure features galvanized C and Z-section steel for wall and roof purlins, with walls and roof made of metal steel sheet or sandwich panel.
The warehouse includes electric shutter doors or flat open doors, and PVC or aluminum windows. Steel structures offer significant advantages over traditional buildings in terms of durability, cost-effectiveness, and construction efficiency.

Handling & Transportation Guidelines
- Large lifting tools must have special personnel responsible for operation, following lifting rules to prevent vibration, impact, deformation or damage.
- Special supervision required during truck loading to verify quantity, packaging, and secure fixation of components.
- Maintain stability during transportation with trained personnel accompanying oversized loads.
- Prohibit rough handling; personnel must be familiar with component weights and sizes, checking all rigging equipment.
- Organize designated unloading and stacking areas promptly upon arrival at construction site.
- Exercise caution with crawler cranes, monitoring surrounding terrain and air conditions to prevent accidents.
